If you decide to return an item it must be in its original state 30 days from your delivery receipt. Refunds will be by the original payment method. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
Once we’ve received your returned item(s) we will send you an email via paypal to confirm your refund, which will be processed within 5–14 working days of receipt. You can expect the refund to reach your account within 3-5 working days. If after 10 working days you have not received an email from us, call on +44 (0) 1294551441 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your tracking number reference so that we can investigate further.
Instore returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of your item for an exchange or credit note. Refunds cannot be issued instore for online purchases.
Regrettably, for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund or exchange jewellery if they have been worn or the packaging seal is broken.
We advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.
